Return and Refund Policy

Drakken Industries is committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products. Please review our Return and Refund Policy for details on how to return items, request refunds, and address any issues with your order.


1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns for most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery, with the following conditions:

  • Eligible Products: Items must be in their original condition, unused, and include all original packaging, accessories, and documentation.
  • Exclusions: Custom parts, used items, or products marked as "final sale" are not eligible for return unless they are defective or incorrect.

If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., defective or incorrect items), we will cover the return shipping costs.


2. How to Initiate a Return

To begin a return:

  1. Log in to Your Account:
    • Navigate to the “Complete Orders” section under the My Account menu.
    • Click the Return Item(s) button next to the order you wish to return.
  2. Follow the Instructions Provided:
    • Complete the return request form and follow the instructions to generate a return shipping label.
    • Include all original packaging and documentation in the return package.
  3. Shipping the Item:
    • Use the provided shipping label or arrange for your own shipping. Ensure tracking is included.

3. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email or text message regarding the status of your refund.

  • Processing Time: Refunds are typically processed within 3-5 business days of receiving the return.
  • Bank Processing: It may take an additional 5-10 business days for your bank to reflect the refund in your account.
  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method unless otherwise requested.

4. Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original product and place a new order for the desired item.


5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at sales@drakkenusa.com or reply to our text message updates. Include the following information:

  • Your order number.
  • A description of the issue.
  • Photos of the damaged or incorrect item.

We will resolve the issue promptly by either replacing the item or issuing a refund.


6. Return Shipping Costs

  • Drakken-Provided Label: If the return is due to an error on our part, we will provide a prepaid shipping label.
  • Customer-Initiated Returns: If the return is not due to our error, you are responsible for shipping costs.

7. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products marked as "final sale."
  • Custom or made-to-order parts.
  • Items that have been used, installed, or damaged by the customer.

8. Refund Delays

If you do not receive your refund within the expected timeframe, please:

  • Check with your bank or credit card company.
  • Contact us at sales@drakkenusa.com or via text message for further assistance.

9. Marketing Communication and Return Assistance

By opting into our email or text message communications during checkout, you consent to receive order updates, including return notifications, through these channels. You can unsubscribe from marketing messages at any time by:

  • Clicking the "unsubscribe" link in our emails.
  • Replying "STOP" to our text messages.

Please note: Even if you opt out of marketing messages, you will still receive important transactional updates regarding your orders and returns.
